County clerk reports real estate transfers filed for record during April. Names of buyers sellers and properties appear in records. no dates beyond month noted. Transfers reflect property market activity and include various parcels and parcels with described locations.

The Payette Dramatic Co presented Captain Racket at the Weiser Opera House last Saturday to a large audience. The contract for machinery for Colonel Dewey's Thunder Mountain mining property has been awarded to a Chicago firm. Machinery must arrive at Nampa by June 20, with transport arrangements completed. Reports indicate brisk interests in the area as many investors and mining men prepare to visit, signaling a busy season.
