Kin Dyke Property Tad Up by the Courts
The Iron Dyke Copper Mining case features Charles M. Reed’s counter suit for 500000 against the Dyke interest, with Reed accusing plaintiffs and attorney Louis Rosenzweig of fraudulently controlling the mine and property. A Pennsylvania court record shows creditors sought Reed’s bankruptcy in 1901 and a 1904 injunction protected the mine from sale while debts were assessed.
