Attorney General Bagley returned from North Idaho and appeared in Coeur d'Alene City land office for the state in timber contests. Nine were dismissed, six remain, soon to be decided. About twenty similar contests have begun in Kootenai County. These are friendly actions as the state advised filed contests to protect legal rights.
