New Company for Mineral Project in Idaho Copper Mines

An Votavio reports from Boise News that M. Morton ia and John Knight of Pendleton with two other gentlemen will organize a giant corporation in Pendleton to develop the copper mine near Mineral Idaho. Capital stock totals 1 500 000 with stock at 1 per share. The mines are said to yield the richest copper ores in the Seen Devils mining region.

Thunder News Lot Wer Camp Report Prompts Interest

John Sears reports two to three thousand people in the camp after returning from Thunder mountain last Tuesday. He notes much freehold theft but believes the camp’s greatest riches lie in cyanide ores. Prospectors have been hammering on every possible occasion. Sears located some promising claims there.

Rathburg farm stock and farm implements sold by M Henley to John R Benson of Ogden Utah for 7599. The Henleys will move to Boise. The property is valued at about 210000, giving Benson a favorable bargain.

Thunder Mountain Sale Sparks Question on Valley Hype

Newton Hibbs of Lewiston sold the Hogback mine group on Big Creek to the Holliston company of New York for 30000. Tod Stonebreaker, son of Lewiston, was badly hurt by a rolling boulder leaving his left arm broken in two places. Dr. Anderson headed to the accident site 14 miles below Thunder Mountain on Monumental creek.

Supplies Shipped to Dewey Mine in Thunder Mountain

Statesman supplies are sent from Boise to the Dewey mine at Thunder Mountain. A large shipment of powder left yesterday to keep the stamp mill running while ore bodies are opened. By deploying a big force the company aims to develop the property 1000 feet or more eastward before spring and plan long term work once the mill is installed.
