Commissioners met in regular session on Monday April 12 with resignations accepted for John W Ayers Justice of the Peace West Weiser precinct M W Strouae Justice of the Peace Caprim precinct and W I Winres as non stable of Cambridge precinct A new school district No 48 is created from parts of districts Nos 2 28 and 44 The county road petition by Thos C Galloway et al is granted with 100 county aid and 200 balance for right of way Road orders and rejections noted including denial of new district petitions due to insufficient taxes and misdescriptions Officials appointed for precincts and road districts followed adjournment to Tuesday at 9 am.
