Inter-Mountain fair in Boise optimistic for space and exhibits

The Inter-Mountain fair in Boise runs October 17 to 22 with growing exhibit demand. Management seeks plans as Idaho mining interests and county fairs push to showcase major mines including Coeur and Thunder Mine, Sunnyside, Trad Dollar, Seven Devils, and Rapid mines. Mrs Frazer Dies After Hemorrhage in Idaho City

Mrs Frazer, 34, born in Philadelphia and long a Boise social leader, suffered a ruptured blood vessel after dawn on Sunday. An operation at St. Alphonsus halted the hemorrhage, but she died two hours later. Her mother is maid of Albion normal school. A nine year old daughter mourns. The Woman's Democratic club met to draft sympathy resolutions.

Weiser Burial For Swan Iowa Resident

Miss Miriam Lee of Weiser has decided Boise will be her permanent home after two weeks with Rev. and Mrs. R. B. Wright. A Berlin Conservatory graduate, she impressed listeners by playing the new pipe organ at the Episcopal church last Thursday and will give an organ recital at St. Michael's cathedral on Tuesday evening October 11.

Drowned in Snake River near Gaffey Idaho

John Long, well known in Boise and Idaho towns, was accidentally drowned while fording the Snake River on horseback near Gaffey in Owyhee county on Thursday. His body was recovered and buried near the find site after joining Robert McMillan and another rider on a trip from Pixey Basin.

Harrow Escape Near Institute After Boating Booze Fueled Incident

A man named Gumm escaped death Monday evening near the Institute after abusing his horse while intoxicated. The horse jumped a barbed wire fence, pinning Gumm beneath it. He was taken to the Institute, where restoratives and treatment left him bruised with a broken nose, the horse only lightly scratched.
