Tragic Weiser duo Walter Riggs and Albert Overman die in gas fatality
Walter W Riggs and Albert Overman natives of Missouri and Idaho die of gas asphyxiation in a sixth street Elkton House room in Portland. The two men were found at about 2 pm Friday and a coroner cites accidental cause. A large funeral and burial plans follow at Weiser with family and local officials attending. Both men left behind relatives and were insured for 1000 dollars each with Mutual Life of New York.
