Young Man Dies After Ice Breaks Near Bluff Lake
A party of ten youths including Theodore Kicinomida Stephen Vichna and Frank Butler started from the city for a hunting trip. At Bluff Lake ice broke as Butler cried out and Vienna leaped to save him. Vienna held Butler for two and a half hours as the ice kept breaking and Butler froze to death.
