Light Question Carries In City Election With Small Vote
The city elected one alderman in each ward and approved the bond issue for electric lights by a solid majority. Hamburg to Troy reunites Welte father and son after twenty years
From Hamburg Germany to Troy Martin Welte 24 son of Frantz Welte traveled from April 1 aboard the Pretoria across the Atlantic to New York and East St Louis before meeting his father here.
