Woman Injured Crossing Hart Highway Near Dawson
Mery Nabio of Sturgeon Lake was injured Friday night when she stepped into traffic on the Hart Highway near the Community Grounds. She was brushed by a car from behind as she crossed, and a second vehicle’s lights blinded the driver. Taken to hospital in Dawson, she sustained only bruises. The unlit highway edge makes pedestrians hard to see.
