Canadian Forest Products to acquire Fort St John lumber firms

MR G Prentice announced that Canadian Forest Products Ltd has agreed to purchase all shares of Fort St John Lumber Company Limited Peace River Forest Industries Ltd and Junction Mills Ltd. Combined production exceeds 50 million feet yearly. Gordon Moore remains as director.
