District Masons and visiting brothers invited to a dinner social in the dining room of the Chetwynd Hotel on Sunday January 13th. Public notice: Village Council Commissioner Martens calls a Public Meeting in the Community Hall at 8:30 PM on January 29th 1963.

Community Exhibition Board to Organize Fall Fair

Meeting aims to form an Exhibition Board for the administration and operation of community grounds and to organize a Fall Fair. Mr Martens seeks representation from all organizations in the village and invites citizen attendance. The board is needed due to the year’s activities. Chairman Wm Gardiner. Sandy Commissioner Frank Kerle to discuss amalgamating Chetwynd Waterworks with the Village and possible sewer financing this summer. They will represent the Chamber of Commerce on several matters. Church notices include Zion Presbyterian and Chetwynd Gospel, with Sunday Schools and services listed for local communities.
