Waterworks District seeks minister amid dry Windrem Creek reservoir
Chetwynd Waterworks District Trustees press Ray Williston by phone as Windrem Creek reservoir dries. They had planned a Pine River pumping station and northern high bench reservoir after approval and financing. The minister overruled the comptroller, ordering only the new distribution system connected to the existing privately owned reservoir.
