By law establishing Chetwynd sewerage system and water utility
Chetwynd by law 7 authorizes a municipal sewerage system with borrowing of 180000 dollars and outlines operations property rights and power. A separate water utility by law No 8 establishes a municipal water utility serving the village and adjacent areas with elector assent and lieutenant governor approval. A vote on March 5, 1963 is scheduled with Leo Klees as Returning Officer.
