Webster City water mains project bid notice 1909

The Webster City council invites bids for digging and laying about 4877 feet of new water mains with fittings and plugs. Work must begin by July 10 1909 and finish by Sept 1 1909. Bids require a 10 percent certified check and bond of at least $1000, with option to accept partial bids. Proposals due July 6 1909.
