Wright County Pioneer Adolphus Bohy Dead at 89
Adolphus Bohy pioneer of Wright county died at his son in law’s home four miles east of Woolstock Tuesday evening after a year of ill health. Born in France he came to Wright county forty to fifty years ago and owned several large farms. He is survived by two sons and three daughters. funeral Friday at two from the French church east of Woolstock with interment in the nearby cemetery.

Webster City Welcomes Cedar Rapids Delegation With Parade
Excursion train from Cedar Rapids arrives late in Webster City and is greeted by a large crowd. J R Campbell of the American Steel & Wire Company toured a farm in Hamilton county to demonstrate iron sulphate as a weed killer for tackle burr ragweed dandelion mustard and Canada thistle The spray lasts an acre per 100 pounds of material and costs about ninety cents per acre It is non injurious to other plants and acts within forty eight hours on treated weeds The demonstrator is a Webster City native and former Ames agronomist who travels the United States without selling goods.
