Miss Erna E. Eriksen daughter of Mr and Mrs C Martin Eriksen and Mr Henry A Digman were married Tuesday evening at 8 30 oclock in the Enoch D Underwood Memorial Baptist church Rev D W Jiulburt officiated The bride wore white and was attended by Miss Karen Eriksen and Miss Mamie Diggan The groom was aided by Rex Spor Jeder and Pred Eriksen with ushers from the Light Guard They planned a reception in church parlors and will reside at 551 Wauwatosa Avenue after September 1 1908 The groom is a Milwaukee banker and a Wauwatosa native The couple are members of the Baptist church and were well regarded by the community.
The largest graduating class in school history, 35 seniors—22 girls and 13 boys—will receive diplomas at a tonight service at the Congregational church. Rev. C. H. Beale of Milwaukee will deliver the commencement address, with Musileve Bona's Orchestra providing music and a formal reception to follow.
The Common Council met in regular session with Mayor Perry presiding. The minutes were read and approved. Resignations from A. J. Smith and John Goebel were accepted and replacements elected. Nominations were made for Board of Review members Currie Marquardt Glaus Practise. Bills were referred to the finance committee and sewer and sidewalk matters discussed.
County Clerk Frank O. Phelps announces re election bid citing six years of business like administration with no politics in the office. He highlights cost savings in incidental printing and stationery totaling about $276 000 for taxpayers and notes protection of public trust and efficiency.
The license committee recommended granting druggist licenses to Charles Anderson George Lund Julius Guenther D J Scully John Hausch Julius Habberman Herman Picker and W V Kuchynski at Schwaiger drug store for year starting July 1908 upon fee and bond. An Alice Street grade ordinance from Blanchard to East Milwaukee Avenue was referred to rules and ordinances. A St James Street sewer petition from Alice to 4th Avenue was referred to streets and sewerage. The mayor named Alderman Glaus and the city attorney to the county sewerage nuisance committee. Adjourned.

In Milwaukee County the estate of Charles Albert Breed deceased receives letters testamentary to Martan Frances Breed. Creditors have until December 1, 1908 to present claims for examination and allowance before the probate court in Milwaukee. Notice will be published weekly for four weeks in the Wauwatosa News.
