Flag Day Proclamation Urges Display of Stars and Stripes
The text proclaims June 14 1912 as a nationwide day to revere the flag and uphold liberty equality and justice. It notes the American Flag Association works to deepen patriotic regard among all citizens and urges every flag in Wauwatosa to be displayed today.

E W Keats Former Wauwatosa Young Man Dies in Benton
E W Keats aged thirty died Wednesday June 5 at 7 10 after over a year illness. Born December 1 1881 in Milwaukee he spent boyhood in Wauwatosa and worked as traveling salesman for F F Adams Tobacco Co. He married Marie Quinlan Chittenden October 10 1910 and they had a child who died young. Survived by wife two daughters Isabel and Josephine his father and mother Mr and Mrs F M Keats of Oconomowoc and sister Mrs E P Gold of Omaha. Funeral Friday at 2 30 in Benton with interment in Methodist Episcopal cemetery.
