Mrs Rose Boyer of Oconomowoc obtained a divorce from Vernon C Boyer of Riverside California yesterday before Judge Allen D Young. She received custody of two children James Leo 50 and Karen Ann 4 and Boyer was ordered to pay 20 dollars weekly for their support. They married in Rockford UK August 13 1934 and separated December 20 1941 after Boyer went into service. The wife charged her husband drank to excess and failed to come home.

Wauwatosa Man Injured In Late Afternoon Crash
Henry Wakefield, 54, of Wakefield Wisconsin, was hospitalized with a broken collar bone and shoulder blade after his car veered off Burleigh road west of Lilly road and struck a culvert. He was driving alone and reportedly left the north shoulder about 50 feet before the impact. Wakefield is described as a diabetic. In a separate note, Ida Sknecht, 84, of Whitewater, died at Wisconsin General Hospital from injuries in an auto accident near Watertown on Monday.
