Mrs. Anna Faulkner aged 78 died at her Brookfield home on Sunday afternoon. widow of Arthur Faulkner she belonged to Brookfield Methodist church Pewaukee Order of Eastern Star and the VFW auxiliary. She leaves a daughter Esther Oettinger and sons Harvey Celley Eldred Faulkner, plus a brother a sister nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Widow fights to reopen will hearings in 1946 case
Mrs Katherine Kuttig of Waukesha sought to reopen court hearings on the will of Ernesi A. Kuttig who died in 1946. She claimed signatures on blank sheets were used to cede her share of a $17 000 estate to her daughter Vera Peterson of Milwaukee. The state supreme court ruled the papers transferring her interest were valid.

Burglary Plot Foiled by St. Paul Ave Patrol
Howard Wurst and 30 year old workers observed two youths, 16, circling Emerson On CG station. The pair tried to access the station, fled to a nearby house, and were later held at the city jail. Milwaukee police took them into custody and returned a Ford stolen yesterday to its owner.

Carrier Boy Injured in City Hit-Run
