The petition for probate admitting the value estimate was presented in Milwaukee county court on Oct. 10 by Judge M. S. Sheridan. Stern's will names his wife Martha as executrix and splits real estate and personal property equally among her and two sons, Howard B. and Harold M. Harold Stern, manager of the store here, said no changes in operation are planned. The court ordered an inventory of the Stern estate within 90 days.

Pewaukee man sentenced in statutory rape case at Waupun
Alvin E. Lembke, 21, route 3 Pewaukee, received one to three years in Waupun for statutory rape of a 13 year old in Pewaukee on Sept 27. He pleaded guilty in October after social and psychiatric exams under the sex deviate law. Lembke admitted relations on at least two other occasions and was arrested with the girl in a parked car. Earlier today Delbert A. Southern, 24, fined $50 and costs after pleading guilty to reckless driving for speeds of 70 mph on College Avenue. Gordon Stein, 38, Milwaukee, waived preliminary hearing on giving beer to a 16 year old. case continued to Monday.
