Great Love Stories of History Featuring Amy Robsart and Robert Dudley

Amy Robsart, daughter of Sir John Robsart, was a Berkshire girl betrothed to Robert Dudley. Dudley sought power through Queen Elizabeth, risking Amy’s life with suspicions of murder. It cites extreme cases from Bradford and Swanscombe of silent thunderbolts and blue fire across Coventry, St. Rheims, Count G Hamilton’s dinner ball in Sweden, Sydney dust storms with electric fire rain, and a Caucasus mountain lightning explosion. It also recites Stilton cheese origins and a brief humor strip about fortune tellers and grass mowing.
