Levi J. Kerr, an old soldier and member of Co. T Sixth Missouri Infantry, died this afternoon at his home 208 Randolph Street from heart neuralgia after a brief illness. He was 63, resident here for 13 years, formerly of Rockford Illinois. Survived by wife, daughter Lela, brothers A R Kerr Dysart and W H Kerr Rockford, and sister Mrs Mary Maine Rockford. Funeral details not yet set.
Joseph V. Jordan, manager of the Hotel Indian River in Rockledge Florida, testified he saw Evelyn Nesbit Thaw with Stanford White about a week before the shooting. Jordan, former treasurer of the Wild Rose company, said he would testify under force of a grand jury subpoena.
