Mystery $1000 bill at Roscoe church shocks congregation

In Cleveland on April 9 the deck cabin of the fishing tug George Flood, caught in a Wednesday gale, washed ashore twelve miles east of the city. No word yet on the captain or nine crew members. In Newark, April 9, the Orange local of the United Hatters and about forty unionists were enjoined from threats of violence in the strike against local hat manufacturers and from revoking workers’ union cards for returning to work.
