Mason City Hosts T22 Conference Session
The Upper Iowa Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church opened in Mason City at St John’s church with Bishop Stuntz in charge. Reports showed district gains for Cedar Rapids and Waterloo but declines in Davenport and a larger overall shortfall than expected. The conference announced White Cross week and a campus hospital drive, while Cornell College reported 14 ministry entrants and a 2.5 million five year campaign looms.
