Avant Awarded Paving Contract After Keen Bids
Bryant Paving Company won a contract for about a mile and a half of street paving with Trinidad asphaltic concrete at 3.31 per square yard, seven cents below the earlier bid. The total project cost is estimated at 78,000 by City Engineer Ralph B. Slippy, with six bids submitted and the council noting strong competition.
