Preacher and dealer fined after speeding near Osceola
In Osceola Iowa Rev Herbert Marsh of Spirit Lake Presbyterian and Lew Anderson mobile salesman were arrested on a 40 mph speeding charge near Alendorf. They pleaded guilty and paid a 25 dollar fine plus 2 dollars costs. Marsh sent a telegram claiming the fine was too high, adding a final jab after the court drama.
