The National Automobile Dealers Association says by July 1 1925 a tight supply hit dealers nationwide with about 10 000 new cars and 200 000 used cars in hands of 45 000 dealers. Six month sales averaged over 10 000 per day, profits rose for dealers though sustainability depends on manufacturers.
