Cattle Congress Crowned Dairy Climax of the Year
By WA. WIENTWORTE secretary Iawa Watry Cennett the Dairy Cattle Congress of W223 stands as the climax of a war of great interest in dairy verdict in the Mississippi valley. The dairy industry has been a bulwark of prosperity for Worthastowa Minnesota and Wisconsin, expanding across nearby states as farmers faced credit, consumption, and overproduction challenges. Active consumption rose in 1921 and continued into 1922 with butter and milk driving growth. The congress highlights production methods, processing, and distribution, illustrating dairy’s share of the diet and aiming to spur further investment in cattle and equipment. The event is seen as key for consumers to see the dairy supply chain from farm to table.
