Petit jurors summoned and extra jurors possible as proceedings occupy much of the week. Defense attorneys S W DeWolf and A B Lovejoy appear with County Attorney Ruppelt and G F Swisher for the state.
Charley City Iowa September 19 The district court handed down its stiffest sentence this term to Lonnie Tonn who pled guilty to bootlegging receiving 10 months in jail and a 300 fine His wife Mia Lonnie Tonn also pled guilty to bootlegging and got six months in jail and a 300 fine Her sentence was suspended during good behavior because of her children and she was paroled to Sheriff Cutler
