Masons May Sell Temple and Consider New Building
A city meeting of all Masonic organizations is set for Friday evening to decide whether to sell the current Sycamores street and Park avenue lodge building and to discuss plans for a new temple. If the property sells to local businessmen at a favorable price, construction of a grand new fraternal building may follow. The gathering will urge full attendance. Meanwhile the report noted the fraternity outgrew the present structure and many members urge a more commodious home.
