A group of twelve wounded Iowa soldiers from the 168th Infantry arrived at the Fort Des Moines reconstruction hospital. Blanchard Convicted of Bigamy at Camp Dodge
Arnold H. Blanchard, a member of the remount depot, pleaded guilty to a bigamous marriage with Hattie u. Anderson of Des Moines and was sentenced to five years in Leavenworth by a general court martial at Camp Dodge yesterday. The case was heard in Des Moines on September 17.
