Waterloo Seeks Cement Sidewalks Across Numerous Streets
Sealed proposals are invited by the Waterloo city clerk for constructing five foot four inch Portland cement sidewalks along Avalon Lupton Vaughan Miller Duryea Westfield and adjacent streets in multiple blocks. Work must start by October 1 1911 and finish by November 1 1911 with costs assessed to abutting property and certificates saved for contractor against a dedicated fund.
