Death by own action ends Chicago divorce case
Victor L Huszagh an attorney aged 29 died by his own hand just as his divorce suit filed by wife Larena Case Huszagh moved toward court. Judge Jesse A Baldwin dismissed the case after being informed of the death. Huszagh served in the Air Corps, earned a captain’s commission, and his marriage had been described as a brilliant early romance before the rift led to the suit.
