Guards kill Sia in prison break at Baton Rouge
In Baton Rouge Louisiana six convicts died and eight injured after 13 prisoners seized guns from the ammunition room and tried to escape via a launch on the Mississippi River. Leader Cleveland Owen, a New Orleans desperado, was among the dead. Two guards and three prisoners were wounded. two or three convicts escaped. Warden Amacker led the search for the missing prisoners.
