Waterloo insurers elect executive crew at Cedar Rapids session
J R Vaughan of the J R Vaughan Insurance agency was chosen president of the Town Association of Insurance Agents at the state convention in Cedar Rapids. Herman C Miller joined the association's legislative committee. John Petty and Joe R Anderson were named vice president and secretary treasurer. Waterloo awarded next year’s convention after a hard fight led by the Waterloo Insurers association. Also notes a cross collision in Creston where dairyman James J Bolton, about 40, was killed when his truck hit a switch engine. Warren Clem injured lightly.
