In Manchester Iowa the Congregational church dedicates its new building with services and greetings from pastors. Miss Josephine Hutchinson heads to Grinnell College as an instructor. A young man faced charges after a disturbance during the dedication week and a woman was fined for violating fish laws. Pythian Sisters held summer sessions and the community resumes activities as fall events begin.
