Dennis Crandall died yesterday after a five year illness at his Mount Vernon township home. Funeral services are set for 2 a.m. Wednesday at Kistner Funeral Home with Rev. William Wilkins. burial follows at Oakhill Cemetery. He was 62, born December 20, 1900, in Pierpont, N. He lived in Black Hawk county 26 years and is survived by wife, two sons Isaine and Archie, two daughters Sybil Lockhart and Mildred Jacobsen, 17 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Jerome Delagardelle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Delagardelle of Raymond, died at St. Francis Hospital Saturday evening. Funeral services will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the Gilbertville Catholic Church with Rev. W. Nemmers. burial in the Catholic Cemetery there. The body is at OKeele & Towne Funeral Home.
