Porter designs nation rail merger scheme

Three Ask Damages for Auto Collision

Damages totaling 11000 are sought in three injury suits from an auto collision on June 28 two miles southeast of the city. Plaintiffs are Mrs Maude Scroggy and her husband Frank Scroggy and Alfred Albeson. Defendants named are George E Kerr and Skelly Oil Company. Albeson seeks 1000 while Scroggys demand 5000 each.
