Upper Iowa conference to meet September in Mount Vernon
About 350 ministers and wives and 200 laymen will attend the seventieth annual session of the Upper Iowa conference of the Methodist Episcopal church September 22 to 28 in Mount Vernon Iowa. Sessions will be at First Methodist Mount Vernon with host churches in Mount Vernon and Lisbon. Bishop William F. Anderson will preside, with speakers from Chicago Washington and Toronto among others.
