Lester W. Miller purchases nine contiguous tracts from Caward Investment on Kinghard hill. plans two story houses on all tracts within a year and one tract sold to Leslie H. Schrubbe of W. D. Hanna & Co for fall construction. F L Margulis aided in arranging the deal. Ames hosts state electrical dealers meeting Oct 29 with 100 to 150 dealers expected.
