The Hospital in the Flay Ground at Newark City Play Grounds
The Newark City Play grounds are praised as a model with many unique features. First Aid to the Injured classes provide prompt aid for minor cuts and bruises and for injuries from machinery in nearby shops or street accidents. A child may say there is a doctor on the playground, and volunteers quickly tend to patients, sometimes transporting them to the First Aid station for treatment.
