Woman Freed On Assault Charge In Police Court
Mrs Blanche V Kistner was discharged by Judge Caldwell after her police court assault and battery case. Her husband RE F Kistner testified the couple argued over the boy Kenneth during a visit to his Jefferson street office. The court found the incident not serious enough for a conviction. A temporary restraining order limited visits with the child, who remains in his father’s custody. The couple have been separated for some time with the wife living in Des Moines and Salt Lake City.
