Twelve Waterloo nurses attended the State Regia teré d' Nurses association convention in Cedar Rapids from October 1 to 21. Names include Margaret Mastin and Clara Norky of Presbyterian hospital, Nell Hayes, Mary Flynn, Martha Khretschmar, Lorene Standish, Louise Linebarger, Joy Harmon, Minnie Maibauer, Gertrude Hof, June Klevener, and others. Florence Kruger, daughter of Mr and Mrs William Kruger, recovering from appendicitis after surgery at St Francis hospital.
