A proposed simultaneous canvass for all Protestant missions and benevolences is championed by J Campbell White. The United Presbyterian Church's 1912 March effort of 142000 members yielded a 30 percent rise in missionary receipts and boosted total 1913 gifts to 739452 plus Woman’s Missionary Society support to 953569. Ontario Quebec Baptists reached 220000 in 1913. Reform and Southern Presbyterians also reported big gains.
