Man Pleads Guilty to DUI in Municipal Court
Jordan pleaded guilty before Judge J. C. Beem in municipal court today for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was fined 100 dollars plus costs and sentenced to 40 days in the county jail, while attempting to raise funds to pay the fine after a collision with a car driven by Fred Rivers at Fifth and Franklin streets near Hawthorne Street.
