The fully equipped facility includes seven double doors to a 14-truck garage, a day Corby mixer, glass-encased conveyors, multiple ovens with 2300 loaves per hour capacity, automatic wrappers, and a 200000 dollar total investment. Formal opening planned around November 1 with public invitation.
