Mishap Victims Recover After Choir Car Collision
Members of the First Evangelical church choir injured while returning from Blairstown are recovering. Emme Schmidt suffers shoulder pain. C. F. Altstadt’s sedan was struck by L. G. Tillotson’s touring car on the Lincoln highway near Van Horn, Kansas. Tillotson, 45, says he did not see Altstadt’s car. Altstadt says Tillotson was at fault, turning left and causing the wreck that left Altstadt’s vehicle toppled in a pasture.
