Christian Science Lecture Expounds Beliefs and Healing
Mr Clarence Eaton of the First Church of Christ Scientist Boston lectured last evening in the Syndicate Theatre on Christian Science. He defined it as the knowledge of God and His universe and traced its history to Mary Baker Eddy. Eaton argued Christ’s healing was early, that evil is a false belief, and that Christian Science seeks to abolish sickness and sin through spiritual means, honoring Mrs Eddy without worship.
