Milk Bottle Thefts Alarm Bluff Street Residents
Housewives report milk bottles left on front and rear porches vanish after milkmen pass. A Bluff Street witness saw a bottle filled on a front porch, then it disappeared while she was briefly detained. Other city sections report the same issue. An elderly couple, Mr. and Mrs. Ross of Franklin Street, and their son, were in an auto accident at Chautauqua Park when a rear wheel of their buggy was struck, throwing them out and injuring Mrs. Ross lightly. J. S. Tuthill helped transport her home. The auto skidded on the Bandy road.
